The service

DealCrew provides customer-relationship, telephone, text-messaging, and e-signature software for real-estate brokerages, subject to these terms and your subscription.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the lawfulness of your outreach — including telephone and text-message consent and do-not-call compliance — and for the accuracy of the records you keep in your workspace. DealCrew provides compliance tooling; it is not legal advice.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use; no attempts to circumvent the product's compliance controls.
